Hello everyone My laptop is windows 7 64bit. I wanna install OpenCV 3.4 with Visual studio 2017. I cant change the path in windows 7 (my computer-advances system setting, environmental variable). I don’t know which version of Open CV is suitable for it? Also, if I can’t install opencv with visual studio 2017 on windows 7, please send me a link for downloading another version of visual studio that suitable for win 7. Thank you
