I'm new to OpenCV.... but an experienced embedded/linux developer. setting up my development environment
Windows 8.1 Visual studio 2017 OpenCV_world320.dll and .lib
trying to run the tutorial/examples. im able to read a jpg file and create an image. checking the size it appears to be "realistic". but when i try to create a namedwindo() things go into "never/never" land... also unable to save the image using imwrite();
is there a OS incompatibility ??
