Hello, I am new to OpenCV.

I like to develop an app (probably on Android devices, but iOS is also ok) for making a badminton service fault call. I would like the device to make a loud beep sound if the whole of the shuttlecock is not below 115cm at the time when the racket hit the shuttlecock.

Is OpenCV the right tool for me? thanks.
