Where is "opencv2/line_descriptor.hpp"

Hi,

I read the Line Features Tutorial article (http://docs.opencv.org/3.0-beta/modules/line_descriptor/doc/tutorial.html). I am using opencv 3.1, but I cannot find this header anywhere. Can I get some help? Thanks.
