Unhandled exception after run in face detection

after i run the codes i get ( First-chance exception at 0x0fd761cf in newfaceDetection.exe: 0xC0000005: Access violation writing location 0x00000000. Unhandled exception at 0x0fd761cf in newfaceDetection.exe: 0xC0000005: Access violation writing location 0x00000000. ) if I do comment ( face_cascade.detectMultiScale( frame_gray, faces, 1.1, 2, 0|CV_HAAR_SCALE_IMAGE, Size(40, 40) ); ) the program is run without any error but the face detection doesn't work, it shows only image

what do i do? i study many resource like questions in here but I dont take any result yet. please help me , thanks in advance

after i I run the codes code i get ( First-chance the following error

if I do comment out the following line

( face_cascade.detectMultiScale( `face_cascade.detectMultiScale( frame_gray, faces, 1.1, 2, 0|CV_HAAR_SCALE_IMAGE, Size(40, 40) ););`  )
  ) 

the program is will run without any error errors but the face detection doesn't work, it shows work. It will only image show the image.

what What do i need to do? i study I have studied many resource resources like previous forum questions in here but I dont take don't reach any positive result yet. please help me , thanks in advance
