Stupid question maybe, but does training a model always give the same results? If i remove it and re-train, can i expect the same model file ? (training on the same pictures and amount of pictures of course)

Stupid question maybe, but does training a model always give the same results? If i remove it and re-train, can i expect the same model file ? (training on the same pictures and amount of pictures of course)course).
Is it a one time thing or once i get good results i can always deleted the saved model and retrain later, and get the same results.
