Identifying bootstrap elements from ui

I'm a beginner in image processing and need to identify the bootstrap elements from a webpage ui. Need the script to return the identified tags as shown. Can someone help me with it? Helper1.jpg

I've been instructed to do it using opencv only.

So you just admitted that this is basically a school task/project which you want us to solve for you. Please try to come up with an approach yourself, implement and hit brick walls. Then come back with those brick walls and let us help there. Thats the only way you will ever learn some computer vision programming :)
