Create only the opencv 3.1 and contrib

I am a beginner and would like to create a .so (shared lib) the opencv 3.1 and contrib (to use surf) on android. I own the android studio 2.2 and Windows 8.1. I can not find a good post to follow him to create these .so Always spotted posts using opencv lower versions of opencv as 2.4.10 and lower.
