How do I get the pixel size from the camera calibration data?

I'm using Charuco board to calibrate and estimate camera poses. Since the board is of known size, can the pixel size for the camera sensor be derived? Or is the pixel size already calculated in the camera intrinsics somewhere?

The camera matrix is, in part, the camera focal length in pixels. If you know the focal length you can use that to determine the size.

Otherwise you need the pixel pitch, the size of the FPA in mm, or some other similar value.
