Is their any support for haze removal in opencv3.0 and how to implement it in java

I have been working on projet in which a part is there in which image haze removal is required.I have tried but I am unble to do softmatting of transmission image using'single image haze removal using dark channel prior' algo. If there is support in opencv to remove haze then it would be very helpful.
