hu Moments for continuous gesture

I have calculated hu moments for a frame now i want to calculate the hu moments for each frame that represent a gesture. How to store the hu moments for each frame representing a gesture and how to calculate the orientation vector of a continuous gesture?

I don't believe the Hu Moments have a meaning that lets you compute the orientation. If the image is identical except for rotation, the moments should be identical too.
