I am having problems installating opencv 3.0 and codeblocks 13.12

I am following a procedure that includes the installation of cmake, but my problem begins when I tried to add in codeblocks the DLL files. Does anyone know which is the rigth procedure to install opencv and codeblocks together. My computer has Windows 10
