How to stream sj4000 camera with RSTP protocol using pyqt and opencv

Iam doing a project where am using sj4000 camera to record, when i connect the sj4000 camera to my computer using usb, my gui which am using Pyqt and openCV to develop captures the live stream. the problem is streaming wirelessly using the wifi of sj4000 and capturing the video stream on my GUI with the help of opencv. i want to also record, pause and stop the stream on my GUI. can anyone help on how to go about this problem
