can't install the opencv-3.0.0-rc1.exe

i have windows 10 and i was trying to instal the opencv 3.0.0 but it said that itcant opend the archive, could you help me to get it done

It is recommended to use released version 3.0: http://sourceforge.net/projects/openc... There is probably a problem with downloaded file, you can check if file is correct by computing its hash. Archive with 3.0 has following hashes:

MD5: 681619726610e6a3fa11f743c28cd4cc
SHA1: f81bfaef3a3c9f332f80c6d649df46d7a298cdc2
