OpenCV FaceRecognizer is used commercially or not?

Sorry for my bad English I'm using opencv lbph face recognizer for face verification it works fine. But there is a problem I think it is the light and environment effect. When I capture image of person at some place the algorithm recognize that person on that place but on other place where image quality is good or bad form saved image then the recognizer can't recognize the person
