OpenCV for Swift

Hello,

is there a way to make handwriting recognition for digits in swift? I have come accross this page: http://docs.opencv.org/3.0-beta/doc/p... but its written for python, and I want to make an iOS app. And if I "train" the programm, will it be "trained" in the final app release? Thanks for the answers :)
