your 'additional include path' should point to opencv/build/include (properties -> c++ -> general)

btw, this is the opencv3.0 tutorial. are you running opencv 2.4 ?

Hello thanks for your continued help. I am trying to use opencv 3.0 on microsoft visual studio 2013 (64 bit).

Should I just try to use the older version (2.4?) on visual studio 2012 ? Thanks again.

no, no, keep 3.0, that's ok.

(i was just guessing. using 2.4 would complain about the headers, too..)
