Opencv with opencl

Hi ,

I have one development board which supports Opencl 1.1 Embedded profile.

which profile is sufficient to run OpenCV with Opencl libraries ?

In the following link ,They mentioned some tidbits saying that,

OpenCL version should be larger than 1.1 with FULL PROFILE.

Why do we need larger than Opencl 1.1 verison ?

Can you please suggest me which development board is good enough to run opencv with opecl libraries ?
