Which kind of depth data do you have? The tip will be invisible for almost all depth cameras (maybe you have some luck with pattern projection cameras for maybe 50.000E). What is your application? Can you use another approach?

my application is to track the tip of these type of tweezer . for eye operation so that it will be helpful for the doctors.
