Hi Try this Opencv.

OpenCvSharp is a cross platform wrapper of OpenCV for .NET Framework written in C#. You can use many popular image processing and computer vision algorithms from C#, VB.NET, etc.

Keep in mind that a wrapper always leaps behind on the actual platform. It takes time to efficiently implement these wrappers, so newer functionality won't be available. OpenCV doesn't support C# officially itself.
