OpenCv4Android and multicore envirinment

I'm gonna to use OpenCv4Android for the image recognition. I need to calculate piople who pass through the door in both directions. I need to exam a video streem from IP camera wich loaded over the door. I want to use A31 processor by Allwinner and Android 4.4.2. This processor has 4 general purpose cores and 8 graphical. Will OpenCv libraries use for the purpose described earler main cores or graphic one?
