opencv for comercial use or not??

is what I use opencv for comercial purposes I am a devlopeur and I'm in Morocco (all of opencv lib) because I have read the license and I did not understand and in the opencv folder there is a folder nome (not free)

In my understanding, the portion of OpenCV contained in nonfree is the only stuff that you are not permitted to use in commercial implementation. You can still use the nonfree functions for academic purposes without any problem.
