How to install "Setuptool" ?
Hello,
i am following this tutorial to do the compilation of opencv, on "windows xp" : -> http://docs.opencv.org/doc/tutorials/introduction/windows_install/windows_install.html#cpptutwindowsmakeown
In the paragraph "Building the library", at the step "6 - a", the procedure says to use the tool named "Setuptools".
Does someone could explain me where i have to clic to install "Setuptools" ? i am a little lost at this step.

also, sphinx and miktex are only needed, if you want to generate the docs locally
