Expert needed in Open CV in Image Detection
Does anyone know any experts in using the Open CV software that are experts in detection of features - at the University level for instance? Looking more for an image processing expert that has experience in Open CV. Let me know.

1) Deep familiarity with OpenCV training (using both opencv_haartraining and opencv traincascade). Must be able to take images, create the training samples and generate the Haar training files. 2) Must be able to generate a large set of negative images for training. Our company can provide the positive images. 3) Deep understanding of what the sample (positive and negative) images should include to achieve > 80% recognition. 4) Familiarity with the OpenCV.net programming model (nice to have)
Probably 2-3 weeks of paid work.
