classification methods using opencv4android

i develop application with opencv4 android to detect and recognise traffic sign i have been detect the traffic sign , now My supervisor asked me to pass the segmentation (The segmentatgion is to extract each region alone for his analysis and comprehension.). And To do this, i must first classify the plates according to their characteristics of colors and shapes. Please can you help me how do this step of classification ??
