Create our Own Layout over Open CV Camera view

Hello, I want to calculate Frame through open CV in background like in Service.I need to put my layout or screen on TOP. When user press on that button , the open CV starts counting the frame in background, but I am not able to resolve this issue. Please suggest me how to hide the Open CV camera view and starts counting frame in Background. I tried it using Service. But it s unsuccessful.
