How to Convert .AVI or .MP4 video file to .seq format video file?

Hi everybody,

I want to use Caltech tools to annotation.

( http://www.vision.caltech.edu/Image_Datasets/CaltechPedestrians/ )

But I find that this tool only accept .seq format video. So I can convert my video to .seq format and then use this tool?

A PR has been added for both 2.4 and master branch to get an object annotation tool included in the repository.
