What is the clp library?When I use to videostab module but it need clp library

When I use videostab::MotionEstimatorL1 function, it says my library isn't built with clp library. And when I refer to document, it says

Note

To be able to use this method you must build OpenCV with CLP library support.

So what is the clp library?
