Windows 8.1 64 bit, opencv library 2.4.9.jar missing

I am new to Opencv (and Android programming as well for that matter). I have tried to get OpenCv to work, however I am not able to build the jar file for library. I am using Android 4.4.2 and Eclipse (ADT).

I have looked through most solutions, and have tried the tutorials to no avail. I must be missing something obvious.
