Is the GSOC 2012 repository available for download?

I couldn't find any links to the repository on the GSOC 2012 project page.

Yes, it is

svn checkout http://code.opencv.org/svn/gsoc2012

But note that the results of OpenCV GSoC 2012 have been contributed into the main OpenCV repository.
