How to increase detection chance and repair the rectangle?

I made xml with 1098 positive image and 1198 negative image for car detection with front, back and side view, when I try 5 pictures to test the xml and 4 car detected , and behind is the result, my question is how to repair wrong detection and increase the chance of car detection? image descriptionimage descriptionimage descriptionimage description
