Need to integrate opencv manager with in my android app

Hi, I am new one to opencv, Here i need to integrate opencv manager with in my android app no need to install from play store,i tried some steps told in this links [link]but nothing happening to me please give some suggestion (http://docs.opencv.org/trunk/doc/tutorials/introduction/android_binary_package/dev_with_OCV_on_Android.html)
