How to increase the cheek area programatically in an image

Hi i am new to OpenCV i am looking to develop that have to find the angle of the face and cheek part in the image,after finding the cheek, have to increase the cheek area on the face in an image in IOS without user interaction.Please help me to do this.

I would start with landmark detection: try flandmark detector or stasm.
