Haar Cascade Object Detection - Minimum realistic detection size

Hi I was wondering if anyone has any experience of trying to detect really small (say 2 by 2 pixels) regions in an image with the Haar cascade technique in OpenCV? Anyone have any information on what the minimum realistic detection size would be, might it be as small as 2 by 2 based on the Haar features involved? Thanks for listening!
