CylindricalWarper example?

Hi all:

I'm trying to use OpenCV to flatten a label that comes from a wine bottle. I'm assuming that the CylindricalWarper would be the right class to try to use for this, but I'm baffled as to how to set up the class and use it.

Can someone show me a code fragment or point me to an example of it?
