Text to speech in opencv
I need to convert text into speech to give navigation directions to a blind person, after processing obstacles in a room through video feed. I can't find a way to have both opencv and SAPI in the same app. And am new to both. Can someone please suggest me something? I tried to search on this forum but got no results for "Text to speech".. Isn't there some function which produces speech from a given string?
