Entrypoint to highgui.ddl not found

Hey,

I'm pretty new to this project and don't have lot of experience with it.

So I just wanted to do some tutorials and all that stuff, to get into the topic. First I tried to set up the enviroment on my own and it did not work. I got the error message:

Entrypoint to xxx.dll not found

The I tried it with this tutorial:

I think it's a good one, because it's written in kind of "for dummies" style. But I got the same error message

I tried to use an older version of cv, but same error. Can anyone explain where I did wrong??

Some technical data: I'm using visual Studio 2013 ultimate on a Windows 8 64bit I tried it with cv 2.47 and then with cv 2.45
