I f one wants to build OpenCV with inference engine, he needs to manually enter -DINF_ENGINE_RELEASE=

The 2020040000 stands for v2020.4, the new 2021.1 version should be 2021010000?

Could you, please, explain why there is a 0 between year and minor version?
