How to open rtsp videostream from ip cam using Opencv JS

Hello , I am new to web development & trying to open rtsp stream in opencv js. Kindly help/guide me.

I know how to open RTSP in c++ & python.

not 100% sure, but i doubt that this is possible at all (requiring backends like ffmpeg or gstreamer)
