You can you use the camera of an application in opencv?

Hi there I am doing a color recognition program with a drone. What happens is that the drone camera is an ip camera and this does not have a port or I do not know and I cannot access the camera through the web. the problem is that the program does not access the camera either, through the opencv configuration of the ip camera and I can only see what is in the camera through an application.

I would like to know if you can connect the program to the application and access the drone camera or another way to access the drone camera?

Thank you and I hope your answers.

the application is where you see what the camera records, that is, that is the application that comes by default with the drone for what the camera records, seen in the live
