how can i highlight a vein or point a vein? [closed]

hello. we're currently working for our research called vein finder. We want to point or highlight a specific vein to venipuncture. How will we do that? Please help us. Thankyou.

Well first of all i think you need to locate the vein. So you need to do object detection. Get familar with this term - do some googling about different approaches and pick one. Then come back to opencv forum and ask specific question about the opencv libary (ie. how to use this specific library function). People are very kind here but a bit special. This is a forum about a computer vision library.

@LBerger Hehehe - well its a developer forum - no marketing bs :-) People are direct and usually skilled(computer vision is no easy candy i think) and thats why i like to be here.
