How to maintain the aspect ratio of the destination image in perspective transformation?

I have 2 images,a source and a destination image. Each image has its own aspect ratio. I want to perform perspective transformation and warp my source image to destination image based on homography. Is it possible to maintain the aspect ratio of my destination image?
