link to download openCV, other than SourceForge
Tried to download openCV from openCV.org however all the links direct to sourceforge.net which would not open saying ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH
Tried different browsers - same story.
Where can I download openCV from?

thank you. It turned out that sourceforge.net is not accessible from Windows XP irrespective of the browser. Yet I managed to get there from Windows 7 and Debian
