How to connect to pelco camera using opencv python
I am not able to connect to pelco camera. I installed pelco mobile form playstore in my mobile. It is able to show the live streaming of those demo IP pelco camera. When I took the same IP address & credentials, I am not able to connecting in python-opencv.
please show us, what you tried (how else would we know ?)
