OpenCV 4.2 with OpenVino

Hi,

I want to build OpenCV 4.2 with OpenVino. It looks like there is not tag for OpenVino release on the OpenCV git (e.g. OpenCV 4.2 - openvino).

I would appreciate if someone can guide me to replace the pre-installed OpenCV-4.1.2 (that comes with OpenVino toolkit) to OpenCV 4.2.
