After installing visual studio2017 and openCV4.12, after configuring the variables and executing a test program, it was unable to proceed. I don't know what went wrong

screenshots in chinese are quite useless, noone can translate from images

please try to get the error msgs AS TEXT, so we can look it up, thank you
