Windows 10. OpenCv 4.1.2 visual studio 2019 Openvino 2019 R3 Tensorflow SSD mobilenet Hi, I compiled opencv 412 with inference engine 2019 R3 by VS2019. I have a model ssd mobilinet that was optimized by Intel guys. I am trying to load it using readNetFromModelOptimizer. I get exception. We successfuly run the original model by readNetFromTensorflow.

@Shay Weissman, If you want to report a bug it's better to use https://github.com/opencv/opencv/issues. But this way it should has at least the exception message.
