Geany settings for user builds in RPi under Buster

Is there a set of suggested/recommended settings for Geany to work on the standard test cases after a successful build of 4.1.x on RPi (any) under Buster for C++ as well as Python? Running into include and linker issues. I must have built OpenCV with ignorant changes to parameters.
