This error shows when I run the code on Anaconda(jupyter notebook), but it's work fine in pycharm. The full error message is " ValueError Traceback (most recent call last) <ipython-input-3-473e4a69ef15> in <module>

     30 dilated = cv2.dilate(thresh, None, iterations=3)

     34 k = cv2.drawContours(frame1, contours, -1, (0, 255, 0), 2)
