Yes, OpenCV is compatible with many cameras (CCD or CMOS). A CMOS is a type of light sensitive sensor used in cameras, so your question, kind of, makes no sense. Read on cameras and their sensors.

So if I want to add cmos sensors on a pair of glasses, it doesn't need lens?

You obviousely haven't read about camera sensors and how cameras are built. Your question has nothing to do with OpenCV, I'm afraid. And I'm afraid you do need lenses (camera=lens+sensor+electronics+housing).
